Job Description:
Assists Accounting and Finance Manager in proper recording, classification, and projection of Payables and Expenses. Filling of Business Taxes and other government requirements. Ensures that all expenses are supported with valid supporting receipts and documents.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Expense Management - ensures all expense are properly recorded and classified with valid supporting documents and approval
2. Bills and Payables - monitors and ensure on-time payment of bills and payables
3. Month-end / Audit - posting of cash receipts per Billing, month-end process, and reconciliation of GL and SL.
4. Budget - assists in recurring of expenses and regular payables. Reports summary of significant increase/decrease due to change in accounting rules, procedures, and internal control.
