Accounts Payable Assistant

About the role

Eureka Electric Appliances Philippines Corp., a leading manufacturer of high-quality electrical appliances, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Accounting Team in Marilao, Bulacan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for processing company payables, validating supporting documents, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure financial compliance and transparency.

What you'll be doing

• Pay company bills by preparing and issuing vouchers and check payments
• Verify the supplier's original sales invoice, delivery receipt (DR), and approved purchase order (PO) before APV issuance
• Double-check and validate Petty Cash Fund (PCF) report attachments before replenishment
• Ensure timely preparation and issuance of check vouchers and payments to suppliers
• Handle the release of checks to authorized suppliers or collectors
