Accounts Payable Assistant

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:- Receive and process invoices for payment in a timely manner, and in accordance with established processes and timelines in Oracle, SAP and LES.
- Follow up invoices on-hold status until final processing.
- Correct AP invoices in the ERP when needed.
- AD-HOC activities as required by Management.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:**Minimum Qualifications**:(education, experience level, knowledge, skills, designations/certifications).
- Currently studying at the University (preferably accounting) or Technical Accounting Diploma- 0-year experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury or payments positions.
- 1 year in Customer Service position.
