Accounts Payable Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and payments under the guidance of senior team members.
Ensure invoices are accurately matched with purchase orders and receipts.
Help prepare reports related to accounts payable, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
Support the reconciliation of the accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting
standards.
Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Experience/internship in accounts payable is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Excel, Word).
