Accounts Payable Auditor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, auditing, or general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and verify vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and other payables for accuracy, proper approval, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review purchase orders, delivery receipts, and contracts to confirm validity and match with invoices.
