Accounts Payable Clerk

Vapotherm, a leader in respiratory therapy assembly manufacturing in Pacifico Industrial Park,

LOOKING FOR A:

Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk

Will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and be responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions of a Shared Service Center.

Main responsibilities:

1. Accounts payable, Travel & Expense (T&E), credit card program administration, banking transactions, prepaid expenses, accruals, journal entries, and payment entries.
2. The AP Clerk will be responsible for assisting in the month-end close and audit process and reconciling select balance sheet accounts every month.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Work on-site at Vapotherm's medical device manufacturing facility in Tijuana, MX, Pacifico Industrial parque,
• Communicate verbally and in writing English at a B2 level or higher.
