Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk to support the finance function within a growing organisation. The role focuses on delivering an efficient and controlled end-to-end payables process while maintaining excellent internal and external stakeholder service.

Main Duties

End-to-end processing of supplier invoices

Ensuring invoices are approved and coded correctly

Handling supplier queries in a professional and timely manner

Processing subcontractor payments and expense claims

Completing regular supplier statement reconciliations

Assisting with payment runs
