Accounts Payable Clerk
 to manage day-to-day financial operations and support our accounting team in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payment processing.

The ideal candidate has experience working with 
Canadian accounting standards
 and demonstrates a strong understanding of
full-cycle AP processes, vendor management, and financial recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, verify, and reconcile 
  vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments
  .
• Maintain accurate 
  accounts payable records
   and ensure timely posting in the accounting system.
• Review and match invoices with supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and proper approval.
• Prepare 
  payment batches
   and assist in processing electronic fund transfers (EFTs).
