Key Responsibilities:
Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
Maintain accurate accounts payable records and ensure timely posting in the accounting system.
Review and match invoices with supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and proper approval.
Prepare payment batches and assist in processing electronic fund transfers (EFTs).
