Accounts Payable Clerk

Vapotherm , a leader in respiratory therapy assembly manufacturing in Pacifico Industrial Park, LOOKING FOR A: Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk Will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and be responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions of a Shared Service Center. Main responsibilities : Accounts payable, Travel & Expense (T&E), credit card program administration, banking transactions, prepaid expenses, accruals, journal entries, and payment entries. The AP Clerk will be responsible for assisting in the month-end close and audit process and reconciling select balance sheet accounts every month. Degree in Accounting, Finance , or a related field preferred. Work on-site at Vapotherm's medical device manufacturing facility in Tijuana, MX, Pacifico Industrial parque, Communicate verbally and in writing English at a B2 level or higher. 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting .
