Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team with a leading wholesale apparel company. This role will be key in processing vendor invoices and payments, expense reports and credit card transactions in this high-volume environment.

Location: Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments, expense reports, and credit card transactions in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Experience with SAP ERP system is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Advance English Level
