Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join an automotive organization in Wadsworth, Ohio on a Contract basis. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys detailed transactional work, can manage invoice activity accurately, and is comfortable supporting a fast-moving accounting function. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of relevant experience and a strong ability to handle payable tasks with accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities:
• Enter invoice details into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
• Review payable documents, assign the correct coding, and prepare vouchers for processing.
• Reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and invoices through a three-way matching process before payment approval.
