Job Title: Accounts Payable Controller - Disbursements

Reporting Line: Accounts Payable Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Payments to Suppliers according to laid down procedures.
2. Daily capturing of suppliers' invoices.
3. Taking responsibility for supplier reconciliations and ensuring payment is made in accordance with supplier agreements.
4. Allocation of payments & invoices to correct Creditors.
5. Loading of payments on the bank.
6. Follow-up & Resolution of all AP account related queries.
7. Loading of beneficiaries in the Bank.
