Position: Accounts Payable Executive (Contractual)
Role – FMCG Experience Preferred
Location: Claremont Rd, Civil Lines Karachi – onsite
Salary: PKR 70,000–80,000
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree (Masters / ACCA / CMA Part-Qualified preferred)
Experience:
2 years in Accounts Payable / Finance
FMCG experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Scan, sign & stamp all invoices properly
Ensure vendor & NFL name, NTN, STN, and address on Sales Tax invoices
Verify all supporting documents: Delivery Challan, Service Completion Certificate, Tax Exemption Certificate, Undertaking, etc.
Maintain daily parking checklist & submit signed copy to AP Lead
Ensure 3-way matching of invoices and monitor internal controls & P2P compliance
Schedule & prepare checks to monitor pricing & quantity fluctuations
Maintain paper & electronic documentation
Share daily list of parked invoices & respond to emails within 1 day
