Position Summary Symbiotic Services is recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support our client's Finance/Accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing supplier invoices, ensuring proper matching procedures, and maintaining up-to-date payable records in Oracle.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter supplier invoices into Oracle daily and oversee AP automation workflows.
• Conduct 3-way match process (PO, receiver, and invoice) in Oracle.
• Verify that received quantities match the purchase order and invoice.
