Intern – Accounts Payable (China Region)

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable documentation, from receipt and sorting to barcoding and pre‑archiving, ensuring records are ready for further processing.
• Validate and process PO and contract‑based invoices, non‑PO invoices, and prepayments with high attention to detail.
• Support financial accuracy by reviewing supplier open items, investigating non‑successful payments, and performing balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Contribute to month‑end processes by participating in closing activities and preparing operational KPI reports based on affiliate requirements.
• Act as a bridge for China stakeholders, handling internal and external queries in Mandarin and building effective partnerships with vendors.
• Engage in continuous improvement by supporting system integration testing, participating in team projects, and initiating process enhancements.
