Accounts Payable Intern (M/F) for a Fixed-Term Contract. | Casablanca (Morocco)

Context
Within the accounting/finance department, the Accounts Payable Intern assists the team in the daily management of supplier-related operations and contributes to the accuracy of accounts.

Main Tasks:

• Data entry and checking of supplier invoices
• Verification of invoice compliance (VAT, legal information, matching with purchase orders/receipts)
• Filing and archiving of accounting documents
• Participation in monitoring supplier accounts
• Assistance in preparing supplier payments
• Participation in monthly closing tasks (depending on level)
• Occasional communication with suppliers and internal departments
