Accounts Payable Leader

ResumenThis role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, compliance with Mexican tax regulations (CFDI/SAT), and efficient cash flow management.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing environments, solid ERP/SAP knowledge, and the ability to lead a team while driving process improvements and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.ResponsabilidadesOversee the full accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, validation, recording, and payment (CFDI/SAT compliance).
Coordinate and validate payments to domestic and international suppliers.Ensure compliance with Mexican tax requirements, including CFDI, SAT, and recoverable VAT.Manage cash flow and account reconciliations.Participate in monthly closing activities and internal/external audits.Coordinate the team and optimize processes within the ERP system / SAP.Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Maintain strong relationships with suppl...
