Accounts Payable Officer

RSS is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Coordinator, this role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing, reconciliation, and payment of supplier invoices in accordance with company policies and legislative requirements. The position serves as a key point of contact for vendors, resolving invoice and payment queries while maintaining strong supplier relationships and accurate records. The Accounts Payable Officer will support month-end activities, reporting, audits, and broader accounts team functions, ensuring a high level of accuracy, compliance, and organisational efficiency.
