_The primary goal of the AP Operations Lead role is to enable operational effectiveness by partnering with stakeholders and delivering strategic processes that ensure consistent, efficient, and standard service aligned with Mars Five Principles. This role leads the Accounts Payable functional performance, driving process improvements through automation and continuous enhancement. Acting as a business partner and copilot, the AP Operations Lead develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders across Accounts Payable, business units, and third-party partners._



**What will be your key responsibilities?**



+ Oversee day-to-day I2P operations, including invoice processing, disbursements, exception handling, and helpdesk queries.
