Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer

Our client, located in Wangara, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Payroll Officer to carry out end to end accounts payable and payroll functions. 

Duties will include:

• Process invoices matching all to purchase orders
• Follow up processes regarding approvals and pending receipts
• Reconciliations in Pronto to all supplier statements
• Receipting of shipments and updating shipment schedule
• Daily Bank reconciliations
• Resolving disputes and queries
• Processing expense claims and reconciliating accounts
• Complete end to end payroll including entering and maintaining employee records
• Managing superannuation reconciliations and payments

Essential Criteria:

• 3+ years experience with payroll (preferably in Pronto/...
