Job Description

As an Accounts Payable Representative, you will be a key player in building and maintaining relationships between our vendors and various departments within Bison.
Specific responsibilities include:
New vendor setups in Great Plains
Request banking information
Verify banking information
Notice of assignment requests
Closing PO’s
Integrations
Our Ideal Candidate will possess: 
Advanced command of the English language with strong written and oral communication skills.
Detail oriented with a passion for working with numbers and data entry.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Adaptable.
Ability to work in both a team environment and individually.
PC skills – Windows, MS Office Suite, Excel, Great Plains accounting software.
