Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for a Treasury & Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Argentina

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the end-to-end accounts payable process.
• Process payment orders and manage tax withholdings in the NAV system.
• Provide support to external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the payment due dates calendar.
• Perform account reconciliations for suppliers and employees.
• Record bank transactions in the management system.
• Assist and provide support in Treasury activities and accounting tasks within the department.
• Manage the digital filing system (Kibsi, OneDrive, etc.).
• Send supporting documentation to external advisors and auditors.

Your profile:

• Previous experience in accounts payable processes and documentation.
• Student or graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Treasury and Accounting. <...
