Key Responsibility Areas

1. Payment Processing & Compliance (75%)

2. Review and process payment requests in accordance with KPMG policies and procedures.

3. Validate and accurately code invoices within Concur Invoicing.

4. Maintain accuracy and currency of vendor master data.

5. Obtain and verify supplier banking information.

6. Process a range of payments including same-day, international, EFT, and cheque transactions.

7. Liaise with staff to rectify incomplete or incorrect requests.
