JOB FUNCTIONS

• Receipt, review, and posting of invoices from local and international suppliers
• Verification of tax compliance and validation against purchase orders and/or contracts.
• Recording of invoices and credit notes in the accounting system.
• Follow-up on internal approvals and resolution of discrepancies.
• Support during monthly closings related to Accounts Payable.
• Assistance in the payment execution process.
