Accounts Payable Specialist

Overview

Our client located in Mississauga is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist for an initial term of 2 months to cover off for a leave.

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will work with the Accounts Payable team and be responsible for matching, batching & coding invoices, prepare the cheque runs, correspond with vendors and help with month end a/p accruals and reporting.

Note, this is a hybrid role requiring you to work 2 days a week in office.

Match, batch, and code invoices; prepare cheque runs; correspond with vendors; assist with month-end A/P accruals and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant AP experience
• Having worked with a mid size Accounting system, ideally NetSuite
• Has a car and can drive to this office 2 days a week
