AVL Hungary Kft. offers a job in Hungary (HU) as



  • Receive, scan, and process invoices in line with company procedures.

  • Manage non-compliant documents and update workflow systems.

  • Post and block invoices for payment; handle recurring and non-PO transactions.

  • Process supplier and intercompany payments, including urgent requests.

  • Reconcile supplier statements, investigate discrepancies, and provide status updates

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience

  • Experience in IFRS reporting or other international GAAP´s

  • Profound SAP knowledge

  • Good knowledge MS Office (EXCEL and WORD)

  • English language knowledge, German is an advantage

  • Ability to work in a team, customer orientation, good communication skills

  • Analytical and decision-making skills
