Description
This role reviews, codes invoices, and collects all required documents relating to construction projects for Capital Projects. Responsible for verifying adherence to policy related to new vendor set up and insurance compliance. Analyze invoice discrepancies, work with Project Owner to prepare reclass to ensure all projects are coded to the correct job and budget.
