Accounts Payable Specialist (Hybrid)

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our clients' Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, timely payments, and well-maintained vendor records.

Responsibilities

• Validate, verify, and post business transactions to maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Process supplier invoices, including matching, verification, and posting in the accounting system.
• Prepare and execute payment runs, including manual payments, automated checks, and wire transfers.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and vendor accounts.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing issues, and missing documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
