Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a construction and contractor organization in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. This Contract position is ideal for someone who brings strong invoice processing experience, careful attention to coding accuracy, and confidence handling payment activity in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will help keep accounts payable operations organized, timely, and compliant while working with finance and operational teams.

Responsibilities:
• Process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy, ensuring charges are assigned to the correct accounts and cost categories.
• Review invoice details, resolve discrepancies, and confirm proper approvals before payments are released.
