Accounts Payable Specialist (New grade)

This role oversees the warranty payment and credit process for contractors, agents, and distributors, ensuring consistent execution, compliance, and a high-quality service experience. The position serves as the subject matter expert and escalation point for complex cases, partnering closely with finance, accounts payable, and internal claim owners to resolve issues and prevent delays. This role is critical to maintaining SOX compliance, minimizing risk, and supporting the scalable execution of a high-volume, detail-driven financial process.

• End-to-end warranty payment and credit processing: Execute the full payment/credit workflow for contractors, agents, and distributors with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
