Job Description

Main responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Associate at Airspeed International Corporation. The role will support vendor payment processing, reconciliation, month‑end closing, audit support, and financial documentation updates.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payment batches, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
• Support the month‑end closing process and assist in financial audits.
• Maintain and update vendor records and financial documentation.
