(Certified Public Accountant) for a Property management client of ours.

Essential Skills

1. Education and Prior Experience

2. Minimum: CPA

3. Expertise in ERP systems (e.g.,
   Coupa preferred
   )

4. Accounts payable team experience using ERP systems

5. Accurate invoice entry

6. Capital vs expense GL account coding
7. Accrual resolution
8. Utilizing automation tools to optimize efficiency and accuracy

9. Technical Proficiency

10. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and filters

11. Strong understanding of 3-way match process

12. What causes invoice exceptions

13. Exception troubleshooting and resolution

14. Understanding reconciliations
