Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

• Collect rate information/quotation from suppliers
• Reconcile Invoices and identify discrepancies
• Follow-up lacking documents to be attached
• Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
• Communicate with suppliers regarding invoice inconsistencies
• Enter accrual transaction to internal databases
• Handling queries related to accounts
• Communicate / coordinates with internal CSR, Sales and Operations department regarding of any changes on suppliers' contract rate
• Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable
• Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Performs other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
