Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to emails/AP inbox upkeep
• Process AP invoices to include reaching out to department heads/others as to specifics of the invoice for correct GJ account coding
• Review and approve AP invoices entered by counterpart
• Send Payment Confirmations to vendors
• Reconcile payments made in Bill to cash deducted from business checking account
• Update Inventory Purchase Order Tracking file used to report unit price and quantity discrepancies. Work with the purchasing team to ensure the Pos are corrected in the system...
