Role Overview

: The position is based in Leon, Guanajuato and follows a hybrid working arrangement of three days on-site in our Refugio Campestre office and two days remote (work from home).

As an
Accounts Payable Specialist
, you will review and process invoices based on purchase orders for several HERE companies, run the weekly pay cycles, and perform the A/P month‐end close.
You will be a full‐time team member of the Integral Accounts Payable Shared Services, reporting to the Global AP Lead.
Responsibilities
Review and verify invoices in Coupa
Process invoices in Coupa for the business units you are responsible for
Follow up on invoice approvals and receiving of goods/services
Review and match invoices with purchase orders (PO)
Research and resolve invoice and PO discrepancies and issues
Reconcile accounts payable transactions
