Accounts Payable Staff

Job Description:

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, ensuring the timely processing of suppliers' billings and other documents related to the company's liabilities. It also involves the prompt recording and charging of expenses, which are essential for producing accurate financial reports.

Career Level:

• Minimum 1 year experience in accounts payable position.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent.
• Familiar in SAP system particularly module used by AP.
• Can work under pressure and committed in meeting deadlines.
• Analytical and mental alert.
• With high initiative and vigilant.
• Can work under time pressure at minimal supervision.
• With positive outlook and right perspective.

Additional Information:

• Successful applicant will be assigned in Malvar, Batangas Plant.
