Job Description

  1. Managing accounts payable using accouting software.
  2. Handling accounts payable for separate entities.
  3. Analyzing workflow processes.
  4. Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
  5. Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
  6. Processing due invoices for payments.
  7. Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payments and other charges.
  8. Processing transactions and performing accoutning duties such as account maintenance, recording entries,a nd reconcilling books of accounts.
