Accounts Payable Staff

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 1 year experience in accounts payable or related accounting work. (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with general accounting procedures and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Receive and record invoices from suppliers/vendors.

2. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.

3. Process HR department's check requests for SSS, Philhealth, HDMF and BIR monthly premium/loan payment.

4. Monitor funding of China Bank account for BIR online payment.

5. Preparation of all check vouchers/payment for vehicle purchase, insurances, repair and maintenance, rentals, utility bills, courier, gasoline/diesel, ...
