Job Responsibilities:

· Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.

· Maintenance of AP Supplier Account/Subsidiary Ledger for local supplier.

· Prepare Monthly AP Aging (local supplier) as part of the FS requirements by HQ.

· Maintenance of AP Supplier Account.

· Reconciliation of AP Supplier Account.

· Preparing and finalizing monthly CIB journal entries.

· Balancing of Cash in Bank journal entry to monthly disbursement summary/bank statement.
