Position Summary

The Accounts Payable (AP) Associate is responsible for managing the company's payables process by ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. This role plays a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with company policies
• Match invoices with purchase orders, contracts, and receiving documentation
