Accounts Payable Staff

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Accounts Payable Staff to manage and process vendor invoices, perform 3-way matching, prepare payments, reconcile statements, and maintain accurate records. The role ensures timely disbursements, supports month-end closing, resolves discrepancies, and upholds compliance with company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• With 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
