• Manage full-cycle AP, including invoice review, coding, and payment runs.
• Supervise and mentor AP team members; assign workload and review performance.
• Resolve vendor issues and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and tax requirements.
• Support month-end close, AP reconciliations, accruals, and audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
