Accounts Payable Support Specialist

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Support Specialist to provide end-to-end support to various stakeholders, including the production team in Chennai, clients, and vendors/customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring finance and accounting processes, managing escalations, and ensuring timely communication of root cause analysis and action plans to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors/customers.
Monitor end-to-end finance/accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Handle 2nd-level escalations, investigate issues, and provide actionable resolutions.
Conduct root cause analysis for process or transaction discrepancies and communicate findings to clients.
Present action plans to stakeholders to prevent recurrence of issues.
Manage inbound and outbound calls related to client and vendor queries.
