Accounts Payables Assistant

REQUIREMENTS:

· · Accuracy in recording financial transactions (receipts, disbursements, journal entries)

· Timeliness and accuracy of voucher or check preparation

· Proper filing and easy retrieval of accounting documents

· Assist in monthly reconciliation (bank, supplier, etc.)

· Accurate encoding and monitoring of AP/AR transactions

· Proper recording and classification of expenses

· Accuracy and completeness of petty cash records

· Timely preparation and submission of supporting schedules for tax filings

· Provide accurate data for monthly financial reports

· Accuracy in encoding data into accounting software

· Effective coordination with other departments or staff

· Maintains confidentiality of financial data

· Suggest or assist in improving accounting processes

· Completing assigned tasks on or before deadline

· Performance of additional tasks as required
