Accounts Receivable Analyst

We are looking for a talented **Accounts Receivable Analyst** to join our team specializing in **Finances** for our **Finance Department** in **Accra, Ghana.**

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways** :

+ Deliver accurate and insightful analytical support to the Accounts Receivable team, enabling data-driven decision-making and improved financial performance.
+ Produce clear, detailed financial analyses and reports (including variances and cost analysis) that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
+ Identify inefficiencies in current AR processes and proactively recommend practical improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and compliance.
+ Resolve moderately complex accounts receivable and credit issues efficiently, reducing outstanding balances and strengthening cash flow.
