Accounts Receivable Analyst

AR ANALYST - Onsite/Night Shift

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AR Analyst with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate can communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing. Strong command of the English language is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, compile, and process jobs using internal systems
• Investigate discrepancies or questionable items and resolve them promptly
• Scan invoices for electronic archiving
• Mail and fax invoices to customers as needed
• Coordinate invoice payments and cash receipts with technicians and the sales floor
• Handle customer calls and respond to invoice-related inquiries in clear, professional English
• Follow proper escalation paths and process payments accurately
• Support general AR and collections efforts
