Process accounts receivables transactions
Generate timely and accurate customer invoices
Manage incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate records.
Complete posting of cash receipts (including high volume) to customer accounts in AX (ACH, wire, lockbox checks, etc)
Send out customer statements.
Communication with customers to request payment, arrange payment plans, or address inquiries.
Log into customer portals to upload invoices where needed
Manage collections efforts and associated functions, including accurately recording in the system
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Provide support for internal and external audits
Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
Other related duties as assigned
