ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (AR) EXECUTIVE (Philippines)

One of the world's largest quantity surveying and construction cost consultancies with offices worldwide is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive for Philippines to meet the demands of our growing business.

Responsible for Accounts Receivables

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Billing & Claims

• Prepare project progress claims, fee bills, variation claims, and final accounts in accordance with fee schedule in consultancy agreements;
• Ensure claims comply with all client sectors requirements, contract terms, and standard forms (e.g. milestone-based or percentage-of-completion billing);
• Coordinate with internal teams to validate work done and billing entitlement.
• Compile supporting documents such as deliverables, milestone confirmations, and all inputs from external consultants & internal teams;
