Accounts Receivable (AR) & Revenue Accountant

At ABA Tech , we’re growing our finance team and looking for a detail-driven Revenue Accountant to support cash reconciliation and revenue accuracy across our operations.

What you’ll do

• Reconcile daily cash receipts between bank accounts and ERP systems
• Identify and resolve unreconciled cash and transactions in transit
• Support AR aging analysis and follow up on outstanding items
• Prepare journal entries and track payment platform fees
• Collaborate with finance, banking partners, and internal teams

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–5+ years of experience in revenue or AR accounting
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• English proficiency (B2+ or higher)
